About us

The Croatian-Polish Development Association was established with the aim of expanding the cultural, scientific, educational, and economic ties between Croatia and Poland, promoting Polish culture and customs, and preserving and nurturing the memory of those responsible for the strong Croatian-Polish cultural, scientific, and economic ties.

Goals and activities

supporting the acquisition of knowledge, exchange of experience, and consultation between the members and beneficiaries of the Association and the competent state bodies and services responsible for economic development issues at the level of the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Poland, and the European Union
organising gatherings of representatives of Polish nationality and their friends
organising professional and popular events, educational lectures, consultations, seminars and courses, visits, exhibitions, as organiser and in cooperation with other institutions, with the aim of exchanging opinions and experiences
organising humanitarian actions to help the needy
organising events related to the celebration of holidays, anniversaries, concerts, exhibitions, excursions, picnics, conferences, film screenings 
organisation of fairs, exhibitions, concerts, performances, events, and other public events in local communities and at regional, national, and international levels, aimed at promoting economic development
cooperation with other cultural, artistic, scientific, and economic organisations, as well as with individuals in Poland, Croatia, and the world, aimed at achieving the goals and tasks set as successfully and fully as possible
drafting and publishing magazines, books, brochures, and other material beneficial for the development of the non-profit sector, and promoting the integral sustainable development of local communities
conducting volunteering activities, informing, consulting, educating volunteers and volunteering organisers through the activities of local volunteer centres
cooperation with cultural and educational institutions, as well as with organisations of other national minorities in Croatia.
